Our Chocolates
The Lindsay & Edmunds brand was initiated in 2008, based on a philosophy of using the best ingredients to maximise flavour and showcase our chocolate. Our organic chocolates have won numerous awards and we believe we’ve developed a milk chocolate range that is smooth, not overly sweet and dark chocolate that is rich, not bitter. Everything we add to our chocolate has to complement its taste, not dominate it.
The cacao used in our chocolate is ethically sourced, directly from the farmers, and we use no artficial flavourings, oils, essences, or colourings, nor anything such as palm oil, that is detrimental to the environment, offering a healthier, more natural chocolate option.
Our chocolates are hand made and are on display and available for sale in our Warriewood cafe.

The same philosophy also extends to our Northern Beaches cafe, with its menu of fresh foods made daily, excellent coffees and rich chocolate drinks.
Lindsay and Edmunds is owned and operated by Ali (Alison) Cannis and her family. Ali is a former fine dining chef who transitioned her appreciation for detail and presentation to chocolate making in 2016. She continues to be hands-on, making specialty chocolates, overseeing all chocolate production and supervising the cafe and its menu.
