Gold Medal winner 2010 Sydney Royal Easter Show

Handmade praline using Australian organic roast macadamias, organic sugar and organic chilli. Praline is hand pounded in a mortar then folded through the chocolate to create a lovely texture and a warming on the palette from the mild chilli. Available in 72% dark chocolate.
