Silver Medal winner 2011 Sydney Royal Easter Show

Handmade praline using Australian organic bush honey, organic roast almonds and organic sugar. Praline is hand pounded in a mortar then folded through the chocolate to create a taste sensation that is crunchy and chewy.
Available in dark, milk, or white chocolate.
