Introductory Chocolate Class

Enjoy two hours of chocolatey fun in our Warriewood kitchen learning the secrets of handmade gourmet chocolate.

 

What you will learn:

•           Where chocolate comes from

•           The different varieties of chocolate (with tastings)

•           Demonstration of commercial equipment and the hand making process

•           How to hand temper chocolate like a professional

•           Hand piping of chocolate love hearts

•           Hand piping of hot chocolate stirrer sticks

•           Hand piping of teddy bear lollipops

•           Make your own chocolate bar

•           De-moulding and packaging of your chocolates

 

Cost: $85 per person (includes $30 worth of chocolate).

Intermediate Chocolate Class

 

We now only do group bookings for groups of 6 to 8 students so please contact us and book your private class.

 

Enjoy four hours of chocolatey fun in our Warriewood kitchen learning the secrets from professionals to create handmade gourmet chocolate (no previous experience required to do this class).

What you will learn:

•           Where chocolate comes from

•           The different varieties of chocolate (with tastings)

•           Learn traditional hand tempering techniques (you will perform up to four hand tempers in the class)

•           Make your own chocolate tablet

•           Make your own moulded chocolates

•           Make and pipe your own ganache fillings

•           Make a variety of truffles

•           Make hand-dipped chocolates

•           Use of commercial equipment

•           Make your own chocolate bar

•           De-moulding and packaging your chocolates

Cost: $145 per person (includes over $60 worth of chocolate).
